Applications:
This production line is mainly composed of multi-line packing machine, small bag sorting and conveying, online weighing, waste detection, counting, bag stacking and conveying, and cartoning machine.
This machine is suitable for packing small granule for medicine and food. The processes of bag forming, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and hot pressing codes can be done automatically. Packing material include several kinds of heat-seal lamination, such as OPP/PE, PET/plated AL/PE, PET/PE, NYLON/PE, etc.
It can detect the dynamic weight online and automatically reject the waste. Can complete the automatic feeding, bag making, filling, printing/embossing, tear cutting, punching, bagging and conveyor, single bag weighing, missed less bag reject, finished bag automatic change direct and count arrange automatic steering transmission, finished bag into pillow bag, the finished product output, product counting processes can be automatically finished.
Usage:
It is suitable to pack powder materials in the fields of pharmacy industry, food industry and daily industry. Such asbean powder, milk powder, drug powder, bone-stronger powder, lotus powder and much more.
