Usage

The liquid back-seal carton packaging line is suitable for all kinds of liquid products, such as medicines, foods and daily chemicals. Through precise measurement, it can automatically pack small bags for liquid beverages such as milk, water, juice, popsicles, soy sauce, vinegar, wine, medicines, chemicals, etc., and then pack them into boxes.

Features

The production line realizes the full automation of the process from raw materials to finished products, including automatic feeding, bag making, filling, back-seal sealing, label printing, boxing, palletizing and other links, which greatly improves production efficiency.

The production line adopts imported reduction motors to achieve stepless speed control and ensure the precise control of the filling plunger cylinder.

Equipped with a touch screen display and a PLC control system, it is easy to operate, fast in operation and stable in performance. The whole machine adopts PLC control and servo tracking synchronous linkage to ensure the coordination and accuracy of each link.

According to the liquid material situation, the centrifugal liquid pump filling is specially designed, and the metering control adopts a high-precision solenoid valve. Each valve is equipped with a pressure regulator to ensure accurate metering.

The dosage of each route can be adjusted conveniently and accurately to meet the metering requirements of different products. It has strong adaptability to packaging materials, the sealing temperature has automatic control function, and the control accuracy is high (about ±1°C). It can adapt to a variety of packaging films, such as PET/AL/PE, PET/PE, NY/AL/PE, NY/PE, etc.
