DXDO-Y500E Multi-lane small bag Liquid Packaging Machine adopts an advanced PLC plus photoelectric control system, which can automatically complete the processes of metering, bag making, filling, sealing, cutting, printing date, tearing and so on. Compared with the single-column liquid packaging machine, it has more advantages in packaging efficiency, maintenance cost, and operators. 

The whole machine adopts 304 stainless steel, and the material contact part can be customized with 316 stainless steel according to demand, which effectively ensures food hygiene and safety. 

Accurate filling: According to the different liquid fluidity, the applicable filling metering pump is adopted, the filling nozzle is more accurate, and there is no dripping or clamping during the filling process. 

Automatic fault detection: The equipment has automatic fault detection and alarm functions to ensure the safety and stability of the equipment.
